Strategic Plan
The consulting firm of Rural Planning and Marketing was retained by the North Dakota Motor Carriers Association to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the organization. The Strategic plan contains a Revised Mission, 8 Long Term Goals and two Issues judged by the Association’s Planning Committee as most important to the long-term viability of the NDMCA. A Strategic Direction with Objectives and Tactics for each Issue finish the strategic planning process. The Plan was approved by the Board of Directors at the May 19, 2011 meeting.
